 Effective communication is very important because you need to make sure the right message was given. If you make an efficient message it will be quick and the person may not understand exactly what you were trying to say.

·        Potential barriers could be time restraints since it’s a seasonal business, everything starts all at once, and there is no time to reconstruct anything. Only way around it is meetings or seminars pre-season and e-mailing information back and forth. In this case it is Poor Choice of Channels. taking action to help the source of a message say exactly what he/she really means

·        can aid and encourage communication in difficult or challenging circumstances

·        can be achieved by:

o       listen for message content

o       listen for feelings

o       respond to feelings

o       note all cues (nonverbal and verbal messages)

o       paraphrase and restate

My company thinks that social, and environmental concerns are very important and a huge responsibility. You need to make sure your employees are staying healthy, and for “the environment” and weather being so hot in the summer, they need to all apply sunscreen and wear their hats no matter what. Safety first, always. They need to stay social with the other employees, and if their not then something may be wrong, and you can’t have someone on the job that is thinking of other things other than work or things can go seriously wrong.

We always plan ahead. Planning is important because it is the process of setting objectives and determining how to accomplish them deciding what you want to accomplish and how to best go about it. By doing this, it will reduce stress because you know exactly what your getting into every day.

We will also maintain a lower overhead so we will be able to provide better service and quality to individual customers.
